The objective of this program is to reduce the incidence of disease and deaths of Vanderburgh County residents due to uncontrolled hypertension, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes.

This program provides screenings for blood pressure and blood glucose for residents of Vanderburgh County.   There is no fee for this service.  Health education, referrals, and follow-up screening are all part of this program.  These screenings are held each month according to the schedule below.
